What Information Do We Collect From Or About You?

Information about your internet connection (such as your IP address), the equipment you use to access our Websites or our guest Wi-Fi networks, marketing that led you to our Website, and Website usage details, such as your browser type and version, browser settings, browser plug-in types and versions, website views and navigation, operating systems and versions, device type, mobile carrier, page response time, and Media Access Control ("MAC") address.
Information you choose to share with us when trading in a vehicle or selling a used vehicle to us, including your name, address, home or mobile phone number, vehicle registration information, information concerning your vehicle's title, the vehicle's make and model, the vehicle's year and condition, and, if there is a lien on the vehicle being sold or traded in, information concerning the lienholder and the balance remaining on the loan.
Information that you may share with any collision center or service center involving the maintenance or inspection of your vehicle including name, address, home or mobile telephone number, zip code, email address, vehicle insurance information, payment data, outside warranty information, driver's license information, vehicle license plate number, vehicle identification number (VIN), vehicle make and model, damage to your vehicle, and vehicle mileage information.
Information that other websites and services, such as social media platforms, may choose to share with us if you have visited both our Websites and the websites or services of those platforms, such as demographic information that you have chosen to share with those platforms.
Information used for the safety, management, or administration of our Properties, such as data collected through the use of security cameras or Closed Circuit Television Video ("CCTV"), located in parking lots and around our Properties.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Third Party Tracking / Do Not Track
When you use our Websites, third parties may collect information about your online activities, over time and across different internet websites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Some browsers support a "Do Not Track" feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. - Information collected by us for the purpose of extending credit to someone in connection with the purchase of a vehicle for personal, family or household use; arranging for someone to finance or lease a car for personal, family, or household use; or provide financial advice or counseling is not covered by the CCPA. Information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994. This statute covers personal information disclosed to us by a State department of motor vehicles in connection with an authorized purpose. Personal information under the Driver's Privacy Protection Act includes an individual's photograph, social security number, driver identification number, name, address (but not the 5-digit zip code), telephone number, and medical or disability information.
